Background

We should remove Save as Template and From Template in the UI when working with Dashboards, Tasks, and Variables.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Dashboards no longer have Save as Template and Import from template
  • Tasks no longer have Save as Template and Import from template
  • Variables no longer have Save as Template and Import from template
