Changing the Build Process to GitHub Actions

Why Not use GitHub Actions to build and deploy the site? I did the work on my Fork to test it out and it works purrfectly . Here is the Working Copy https://athul.github.io/cekgr/

Some Issues I found in the Build was

• Images

I believe we could resolve this with pathprefix in the gatsby-config.js better off with the Docs 😅
