Add html5 required attribute to required donation fields

Scenario: Give has a number of required fields for donation and they are not using the HTML5 required attribute for first in line validation.

Problem: The validation currently requires server resources and doesn't jump the user to the field. This will allow the browser to handle basic validation first and then passes it to us afterward.
