Some group abuse can be prevented by ignoring posts with certain content, e.g. racial slurs

Poll Guppe Members to determine what degree of profanity should be banned
Find a world list or library that supports the above determination
Add a new inbox validation middleware to apply the filter an reject inappropiate posts
