Test task for RN Candidate

Create a simple app with the possibility to load photos and drag component over the photo

Implement a simple functionality which allows to open Photo / Video and creates a draggable element over it which is customizable
Create button which opens Gallery with photo

Load photo and display purple element on it
Purple element is draggable and can change colours by clicking on the button

Delivery of the result

Deliver the result as a Github repo and instructions to install
