Add functionality to download chat transcript

Currently, Jitsi has no feature to allow someone to download the chat transcript once the meeting finishes.

When someone leaves the meeting they should get an option asking if they want to download the chat transcript. If yes, the transcript should get downloaded as a text file on the user's system.
