Accessibility problem: red and green used simultaneously

When showing the options the selected options are preceded by a green bullet. The unselected options are preceded by a red bullet.
Colour blind people cannot distinguish between these two colours.

It would be better if the selected and unselected options have different bullet shapes, i.e. checked boxes for selected options and unchecked boxes for unselected options.
