This repository is document and track change requests for the IBP bounty/program.

Scope

Changes to the program or allocation of the building funds can be proposed by its members. If 2/3 of the IBP members are in favor the vote goes to the curators for the final decision.

Process

  • clone repo
  • create a new branch
  • copy 000-template.md file into the proposal folder and rename the file accordingly
  • fill out the template and open a PR
  • inform all members to participate in the discussion.
  • if 2/3 of the members are in favor proceed to inform the curators.
  • if curators are in favor they can merge the PR, otherwise close it.
