pump 插件系统

插件功能

通过url进入插件系统，选择相应的插件功能或者通过url启动插件
在合适的位置加载插件，默认加载到最前面
允许存储配置文件在本地

debug 插件

配置资源的面板
- 输入url框和映射地址框
- 添加新的js文件
本地存储配置文件
- 本地存储、cookie
- flash 支持跨域
提醒在debug模式下

auto refresh 组件

自动更新页面的资源 (参考 live.js)
