  • Show setting up teams on TV
  • Get members from iPF Github organisation
  • More members can join via the app by taking a selfie(with face detection) and adding a username
  • Create teams e.g A,B,C
  • Assign members to teams using mobile app
  • TV should reflect changes in team assignment
  • Once the teams are created, a bar code is shown each team can jpin with one phone
