[Feature] Visualization of OpenRank in the project repository

Description

This issue is to track task which is mentioned in X-lab2017/open-wonderland#422

The visualization of OpenRank in the repository can be referred to in the form of the following picture:

The final results can be integrated into the Perceptor dashboard, and the final presentation mode can refer to the existing collaboration network in HyperCRX. The size and layout of the nodes are determined by their OpenRank values. By clicking on the nodes, you can access specific issues, PRs, and users.

I will choose a suitable display framework for the graph structure. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to share your views in this issue.
