Like node sdk, listener have options to read blocks from startblockNumber.How we can achieve it in fabric go sdk.

Hi team,
Pls let me know how i can create deliverclient client for reading blocks form blockNum like below.
========================================================
deliverclient.WithBlockNum(350)
regblockevent, events, err = deliverclient.Client.RegisterFilteredBlockEvent()
