org1 with 2 nodes(peer0.org1 peer1.org1) on host1
org2 with 2 nodes(peer0.org2 peer1.org2) on host2
orderer on host1

create channel with org1 & org2, and join these 4 nodes to channel, cannot initialized chaincode.

when only join peer0.org1 peer1.org1 to channel, successfully initialized chaincode, and everything goes well.
and then join peer0.org2 peer1.org2 to channel. but when i "docker exec -it" into peer0.org2 and peer0.org1 docker, notice that ,the block counts are different in two dockers, showing that they are in 2 different channels.
