The following discussed and agreed changes need to be made to the already implemented UIs of creating a new paragraph extractor flow.

Empty state when no valid template available: update text to reflect the minimum requirement "at least one rich text property must be available"
Selecting source template step
- Modal window title: Source template
- The user can select only one template as source
