• a VI spdat parser we would have to build, and then add it to the user interface for the admin website.
• source system client ID, and source system submission ID, and then a 1 column per question format
• a good idea to make a serialized VI-SPDAT format that was not HSLynk specific. I think we should just put tags in the format for the question # from the VI-SPDAT spec.
• Single, Youth and Family variants
• The importer would be programmed to look for those and we'd have to have a mapping file in HSLynk to point VI-SPDAT to the correct question ID in HSLynk.
• So, if you change the survey, we'd have to update the mapping if you make new questions.
• deltas would have to be imported only.
