Calendar of bi-weekly meetings has a 403 error

While poking around in response to issue #89, I noticed that the calendar display on the relevant page gives a 403 error, at least for me on my NIST browser, which is signed in to an Enterprise Google account that does not have calendar permissions. It works from my regular profile signed in to my personal Google account. Not sure if this is fixable.

Related, the meetings are described as "bi-weekly", which is only approximately true, there are two per month. Also that page still makes the distinction between coordination and co-working meetings. Those are fixable.
