Additional entities geojson file name not being passed to payload

Describe the bug
When additional entities are uploaded, it's file name is not passed through the API.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Create Project'
2. Upload additional entity and click submit
3. On /generate-project-data API, file name is not passed on the payload

Expected behavior
During project creation, geojson filename of additional entities should be passed on the key additional-entities on /generate-project-data api
