Proposal to add wish curation report to to the site.

Feature Name
wish curation report

Functionality
Be able to export the wish curation list to CSV file

Essential: get the whole list
Nice-to-have: filtered wish list, wish list search results

Notes
I'm not sure what would be low-hanging fruit for a report of the wish curation list
Report file type? Could be PDF, CSV, JPG?
