Animated Gif

Proposal to add Animated Gifs to to the site.

Feature Name
Play Animated .gif

Functionality
Once a Child enters their wish (completes the intake form and hits the submit/ go button) on the Tablet, a corresponding, animated .gif will play full screen on the big screen TV that will be mounted on the wall behind the tablet (that should be mounted on some type of pedestal).

Assumption: Play the animated .gif on both the tablet and the TV. Once animation is complete, go to landing page ready for a new Child to enter their wish.

RRDonnelly is creating 4 animations for each of the experiences. They said they will have that ready by next Friday. Until then, we can use a random animated .gif.

Alright, this one is one of our more involved ones. Adding the animation on the tablet after the kids make a wish is no problem, but having a separate TV that plays an animation at the same the wish is cast is a bit harder, both from a hardware and software standpoint.

I don't know if the TV in the physical space will have a computer of some kind hooked up to it, but I have a theory about what we could do on the software side.

Assuming that I can get #57 finished, we should be able to leverage subscriptions in graphql, and make an web page that is simply watching for updates, and on any it plays the gif.
