add attribute option to logbook card

It would be very nice if we could set an attribute of an entity to be tracked in the Logbook card. Usecase I am trying to figure out

I am tracking my persistent notifications in a sensor

  - type: logbook
    title: Logbook
    hours_to_show: 48
    entities:
      - sensor.persistent_notifications

but that just shows state changed,

and not the actual attribute I am after

state_attr('sensor.persistent_notifications','notifications')

we can log the last notification in a file and show that, and also use some Markdown template to show the current state:

We can however not use the Logbook card to show that attribute, even though it is logged in recorder.

I hope we could get something like the attribute option for entities: https://www.home-assistant.io/dashboards/entities/#attribute to be used in the Logbook card.
