Describe the bug

In "Management" > "Apps", "Search engines" and "Groups" the buttons for previous and next page can be pressed even if there is only one page. The site loads an empty page and it can be returned to the real page.

This problem could be fixed by activating the buttons only if there is a page to reach, checked when loading the mentioned sites.

Steps to reproduce

Access "Management" > "Apps", "Search engines" or "Groups".
Assert only one available page.
Press the previous or next button.

Impact

Could potentially lead to unexpected issues or security breaches

This will not lead to security issues and is only a small visual issue
