feat: Auto-add integrations into apps

Hi,

It's a small detail, but when I add an integration of, let say Radarr for example, to Homarr, if I want a link taking me there on my board I need to manually add Radarr in the apps section of the management panel too. I already entered the url and which service it is so it's a bit redundant to enter it again when homarr already know it's existence. Isn't there a way to make homarr create automatically an entry in apps of the integrations that have a WebUI?

Thanks for all the work you've done on Homarr, the V1 looks great.
