feat: Local IP for ping (missing from old Homarr)

Describe the feature you'd like to request

In the old Homarr you had a section within the app to add local IP. This was helpful in multiple ways.

You can use a proxy host or DNS name while pinging the local IP. (For me now all pings will always be up due to proxy)
I could view the local IP if I needed to for documentation.
Keep up the great work! I am excited to see changes in how apps are now managed.

Yes, was also very useful for me. I use tailscale addresses as my clicking links and internal ips for the ping checks.

in addition as in "Ping is not working with local IP" https seems still broken?
