Migrate the final Helm Hierarchies - Saving environment configurations on their own files example. The final step is the recommended one.

The scope of this document is to migrate appsets/4-final/all-my-envs-appset-with-version.yaml to Holos.

The doc is the first in a series where we'll build from here.

The ApplicationSet is completely migrated in v0.2.0

Next step is to mix the ArgoCD Application resources back in.
