Describe the problem

There is no linting process in the CICD pipeline.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add tekton pipeline to review linting.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Linting Task in tekton
  • Pipeline for code checks.

Added on top of pipeline #12

Additional context

This needs more work afterwards as a use could just merge ignoring the results, more thought needed on how to tackle this.
