State supported pointcloud formats in documentation

The official Silvimetric documentation does not state which pointcloud formats are supported.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention, I thought we had written it down but I also can't find it.

SilviMetric currently supports spatially organized point cloud formats that PDAL supports. For now that is effectively only COPC and EPT.
