Change description

Removal of dc as it is no longer in use

Seeing a lot of these errors in logs
The Resource 'Microsoft.ManagedIdentity/userAssignedIdentities/dc-purview-shir-stg-mi' under resource group 'managed-identities-stg-rg' was not found
as these have already been cleaned up.
