Sound settings volume control via arrow keys is wrong #271

Version: 9.6.0 x64
OS: Windows 23h2 (22631.4890)

Expected Behaviour:
Arrow Up key increases volume and Arrow Down key decreases volume

Actual Behaviour:
Arrow Up key decreases volume and Arrow Down key increases volume

Steps to replicate behaviour:

  1. Open CrystalDiskInfo
  2. Go to Function menu > Alert Features submenu > Sound Settings menu item
  3. Click on the volume slider with mouse cursor
  4. Press Arrow Up/Down key to see erroneous behaviour
