So the first problem has to do with the Moiré effect, in stretch mode: viewport it gets worse and it seems to be dependent of the resolution/number of grille lines/scan lines.
The second problem involves the distortion. Look how the center of image is sharp and crystal clear and the image that is distorted is blurry.
Right now, the shader works perfectly in
stretch mode: 2d
but gets weird effects instretch mode: viewport
