Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The role related to Hashicorp Vault has never been developed beyond MVP/PoC stage and cannot be used for production usage and causes troubles with new Kubernetes versions.

Describe the solution you'd like
We want to remove this role as it never reached production ready stage and doesn't work with new Kubernetes versions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Upgrade component and fix the issues.

Updated all develop pipelines by removing Vault, Istio, Logstash and Ignite components/apps.
