HS: Post added tiles are not displaying on HS

Observed Result:

@TestAlly posted on @TestyTester's bot "Bot post not on hs" and @TestyTester does not have a post added tile on HS nor does the user see New Updates.

Expected Result:

User should see New Updates and post added tile on HS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Post on a users bot
2. User does not see HS tile for the post

This has been corrected with Staging Version: 1.63.2 Codepush Staging-Pavel "fixes #4"
