Err in Vue ^2.2.0 since Vue have removed many exposed methods and properties on Vue.util

You should use this:
yarn add vue-lazyload@1.0.0-rc12

I wrote "vue-lazyload": "^1.0.0-rc12" in my package.json, then the 1.0.0-rc9 version installed. It's strange
