[BUG] - checkbox showing input outline

Describe the bug

The checkbox is showing the html input outline inside the heroui stylesheet outline.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Uncheck a checkbox
2. Notice the styling issue when not hovering
3. Notice the outline is removed on hover

Expected behavior

As a user I am expecting an unselected checkbox to only have one outline (from the heroui stylesheet) but I am seeing two outlines.

I couldn't see the issue in storybook. Please provide a sandbox for us to take a look. Probably something wrong with the config.
