The API specification lists app as a passed parameter to the SSO request: https://addons.heroku.com/provider/resources/technical/reference/api-spec

Kensa SSO does not send the app parameter.

+1 to this.

When using new navbar kensa sso test fails because cookie heroku-nav-data (new navbar doesn't use cookies).
