As a user when I click on the Account option in the left-navigation I would like to have the Account sub-menu to be made visible.

The following sub-menu items need to be implemented:

Payment Amounts
Node Settings
Security
Wallet
Backup

Create a place-holder screen for each sub-menu item.
Each sub-menu item should be click-able and change the place-holder screen accordingly.
