Syntax highlighting does not support negative numbers

I'm using vscode-terraform 1.4.0 and all negative numbers are highlighted differently then positive. I assume that it is not a feature 😉

I suggest to add something like this \-? at the begin of this regexp.

Like this: (\-?[0-9]+)

It's not as meaningful issue as #220 but still annoying :)
