Missing Internet NEG Type for create Load Balancer

Hello,

Im trying to create a load balancer in terraform, but i din`t found this type of LB: Internet NEG in documentation.
Is possible to create this type of load balancer in terraform? If not, this ticket can be a suggest to develop.
