Drupal 7 - Conflicts between Menu Mini Panels (Qtip v.1) and Chosen

We're building a Drupal 7 site, and are using the Menu Mini Panels module (which uses the Qtip v.1 plugin) to create mega menus. Within this mega menu we've placed several select boxes, and are attempting to supplement them with Chosen.

That said, any select elements that are within the drop down are being styled with a width of 0px, and even when they are given a visible width they are un-clickable (nothing happens when you click them).

Is there anything we can do about this? Are there any known conflicts between Qtip v.1 and Chosen? Thanks all, this is driving me nuts!

I agree - this is probably the same issue as #92. There are some proposed fixes in place and I hope to look at them soon. Feel free to weigh in on #92 if you've got something to add.
