我写了一个新的定时任务插件ayasa520/TaskScheduler，如果 #2413 以及 #2407 被合并，它就能保证不会重复执行。不过目前看来 chatgpt-on-wechat 项目的维护者对社区热情不高，可能永远也不会合并
