Add sending of missing messages at the start of the bot

the bot doesn't send plenty of messages it should send at the beginning of the session like asking for list of friends, the shop haapi key, the list of ignored people, the spouce and more.
You can use the sniffer to spot them, list them, then look at the original .as code how they are sent and implement thay in pydofus2 frames.
