We need to have personas so that we can evaluate if the features we are developing service the target audience.

• Review this summary of user groups
• Create an interview guide containing research objectives and questions, and interview questions
• Peer review interviews guides
• Submit interview guide to UXR Lead for review
• Develop scripts for recruitment email, follow up email
• Recruit participants and schedule interviews
• Conduct user interviews with participants
• Conduct affinity mapping in order to distill research of target groups and identify overarching themes
