Update homepage "this is not legal advice" text

Overview

We need to make a few updates to the language on the Homepage in order to make it clear for users what Expunge Assist does and does not do, and improve some of the language for our users.

Action Items

• A Complete Letter: Update language to "Expunge Assist is not a replacement for legal advice."
• What is Expunge Assist: Uses “this” too many times, and sentence structure (“for free by”) is awkward. Update appropriately, and use updated About Us page for reference
• A Complete Letter: reword to include wording that indicates the user is the one who writes the letter; “land it again” that they created the letter, not written by someone else
• Iterate as needed (create up to 3 options)
• Choose final version
• Hand off to Dev if no Design input is needed, otherwise handoff to Design
