Updated to .NET 8. GW Launcher got a little fat because I publish self contained versions now. No more hassle of installing the .NET runtime.

Introduce new setting "LaunchMinimized", which used to default to true, but now defaults to false. GW Launcher will by default launch open now.
If you wish to restore the functionality of launching it minimized, set LaunchMinimized to true in Settings.json
