Hi Gunja,

I want to test this locally to work on the UI. I'm new to tomcat dev. Can you please briefly add "how to run this locally" guide in README.md? Thank you!

I am traveling to India right now, so I will work on both of these on 29th when I reach there or during layover if I get connectivity.
