Description

There's some code duplication between exploiters that may be able to be consolidated. A prime example is the code for building commands. Spend up to 0.5d of effort to reduce code duplication in exploiters.

Note

This issue has been partially addressed by the bash dropper script work in #3234 and by #3410.
