Description

The MS08-067 exploiter is only relevant for very old, unsupported, Windows systems. After completing #1675 and #1676, it's doubtful that Infection Monkey will even be able to propagate using this exploiter. In addition, it is not safe to run it in production environments. Finally, it is not tested nightly like the rest of our exploiters, as getting a vulnerable machine running in GCP is nontrivial.

Remove this exploiter so that we do not have to incur any maintenance costs associated with it.

Tasks

  • Remove the MS08-067 exploiter (0d) @ilija-lazoroski
    • There is/was an "encryptor" specifically for this exploit. Remove it if it still exists.
