This is a feature request for the name fields in the Creator and Recipient elements on the Participate page

Postponing, hoping some of the pending bootstrap typeahead work (currently in a fork) will take care of this for us while I'm handling some other things.

There's still a lot to be done to make this happen for the individual person-name components. I'm goign to have to postpone this further. I'm not attaching it to a milestone at this time due to the amount of work it involves and the timeline we're on. My attempts at an abbreviated method for it didn't work.
