Hi, I'm one of the maintainers of the Phylogenetics CRAN Task View, and it's been been brought to our attention that your package, 'metacoder' has been archived on CRAN. Do you have any plans to fix the package so that it will be back on CRAN? If not, we will need to remove it from the task view.

Hello, I am working on an update for CRAN. Hopefully soon, but it is hard to give estimates.
