Initial public release

Initial public release of the Perforce VCS integration with IntelliJ IDEA (Community Edition), version 14.2 (currently in public early access).

This supports most IDEA VCS operations, such as check-out, rename, copy, add, history, revert, differences, and connecting IDEA local changelists to Perforce unsubmitted changelists. It also allows for several different connection types, including multiple clients per project.

Limitations:

• Submit is disabled.
• Does not synchronize local files with the server.
• Does not indicate to the user whether a file is synchronized to the head revision or not.
• Repository browsing not implemented.

There are a few known minor issues with the visual feedback that require refreshing the view (best done via refreshing the changes).
