Add gpt-engineer to tea.xyz

As more of us as non-coders talk about our success using gpt-engineer on Twitter, we are going to get more and more folks in with less and less technical skills.

I recently interviewed the founder of Brew and now the founder of Tea.xyz - Max Howell about Tea and I have been encouraging him to create a category or version of Tea for AI applications.

When I found this project, I tagged him and Tea in a tweet and told them that gpt-engineer needs to be in Tea. They responded they want to set it up.

Tea is Brew with a GUI(Macs/Linux), but far more capabilities. It is an easy way for technical and non-technical people to install, upgrade, etc gpt-engineer without everyone here in the project having to give tech support for folks without a tech background.
